Cancellation penalties:
standard reservations(and group reservations for less than 4 nights of stay):
cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or no show = 100 % of the price for the 1st night
group reservations for 4 nights of stay and more :
100 % of the price for accommodation, if the cancellation is equal or less than 15 caledar days before arrival
